讃岐ときてだしときたらもううどん以外のメニューは頼めないです
肉汁がシンプルだったので頼みます
テーブルでメニューを見て口頭注文
入館タグを読み取って支払いは退館時になります
お料理は
うどんがキレイ
キンキンに冷えてます
讃岐うどんのコシがとても良いです
コレは美味い
肉汁は
ネギがたっぷりですお肉は少なめかな
甘さは控えめで割と薄味のつけ汁です
うどんが冷た過ぎるのでつけ汁があっという間に冷めます
うどんが讃岐なので肉汁より普通のツユが良いかも
多分ぶっかけやザルの方がより美味しくいただけると思います
スパの食事処でこのクオリティのうどんは中々すごいのでは？
