熊谷駅南口至近で呑めるお店
熊谷駅は北口が繁華街なんですね。
新幹線や秩父鉄道の入る南口は裏側になるのでしょうか。
こちらはまだ新しいお店です。
店内には胡蝶蘭も。
店内は、炭火焼き場をL字でカウンターが囲むほか、テーブル席や個室もあります。
ただ、何か不自然な空間もあり、少し不思議な印象です。
お店は、厨房3名、ホール4名位でしょうか。
焼き場の大将以外に、一人ずつしっかりした人がいます。
お通しは、えのき、ほうれん草、油揚のお浸し。
ちょっと塩が強い。300円(税抜き)。
料理は、焼鳥を。
二本縛りです。
ハツと砂肝。それぞれ2本ずつ。それぞれ380円。
なかなか大振りです。
ハツの塩が強い。
玉子焼き。だし巻きです。これも塩の強さはギリギリ。480円
鶏豆腐。680円。親鳥のようなしっかりとした歯ごたえ。ミツバがアクセントに。
飲み物は、緑茶ハイ、三岳のお湯割りなどを。
帰りは、見送りいただきました。

I visited on a holiday night. The location is: Go clockwise from the south exit rotary of Kumagaya Station, and on the right before the first traffic light. I visited this place for the first time in two years, today as my second visit. After telling the number of people, you will be guided to the L-shaped counter. I looked at the menu on the table and ordered Haruka for 780 yen. You can choose between hot sake or cold sake, sake bottle or glass sake, so choose the latter. The 300 yen appetizer is boiled konnyaku. I have heard that Kumagaya (northern part of Saitama Prefecture) is part of the Gunma Prefecture cultural area. Konnyaku is a specialty of Gunma Prefecture. I agree. This konnyaku has a soft texture and is very delicious. Ate is charcoal-grilled skewers. Thigh skewers 180 yen, heart skewers 180 yen, and seseri skewers 180 yen. Each one has one (it seems that the two-bin binding has been changed). And two kashira skewers cost 380 yen (this is a unit of 2). The grill is right in front of you, but the staff's sprinkled salt is amazing. Oh, my blood pressure is going to rise even more. The finished product was just a little thick, but the items I ordered were baked all at once. This is where I need a little more consideration (time difference). I was in a hurry to get it while it was still hot. The finished product is relatively rare and you can enjoy the deliciousness of the meat. What impressed me most was the kashira skewer. This is a two-piece tie. I understand why. The texture seems to be different. The meat grilled with green onions has a firmer texture. The other is sticky flesh. This was interesting. The accompanying miso was salty and I had it with shichimi chili pepper. On the second round, I ordered Harushika instead, and had Tochio fried tofu with lots of green onions for 580 yen. Tochio fried tofu is half the amount. There are definitely a lot of green onions. Since Fukaya Station is two stations next, Kumagaya must also be a city of green onion culture. Please eat it with the attached grated soup stock. But this was too salty. Unfortunately, I had to pour soy sauce on it. Some impressions remain the same. When I looked back at the comments I made on my first visit, they pointed out the strong saltiness. It has a strong salt tolerance, but still... I think the quality of the pottery is high. Next time I have a chance, I'll try it with the sauce. It was a feast.
