巨大な一反木綿はナイフ＆フォークで切っていただくスタイル。
パスタはもっちり、コシも強く、「ひもかわうどん」を強力粉で作ったような？
武蔵野うどんの一反木綿的な感じで、しっかりお腹にもたまるボリューム感！！
味付は確かにカルボナーラなんですが・・・この一反木綿に絡まると別の食べ物ですね。

２人でシェアするの前提みたいな盛りつけだなぁ〜と思ったんですが
案の定、めっちゃボリューミーで大満足なモンブランでした！
お昼時を外しての訪問でしたが、店内は終始女子でいっぱい。
誕生日サプライズなんかもあり、素敵な演出にほっこりしました。
