東松山にはやきとり屋が沢山あります。
ただし豚に辛味噌を塗って食べる独特のスタイル。
開店5時に来店もすでに満席に近い。
着席するとしばらくして串が自動で2本きます。
カシラと何だろ、炭火で焼かれた串はまあ美味いですね。辛味噌は自分で好きな量を塗っていきます。
自家製漬け物がこれまた美味い！
全然しょっぱくなくて、こういうので飲みたいですよね。まさに理想形。
タン、つくね、レバーを注文。
焼き上がりは比較的早いです。
それから隣の地元の人が頼んでた玉ねぎ天も。
おかみさん曰く、コレステロールがたまらないいい油使ってるからもたれませんよーとのこと。
しょうゆや塩、辛味噌など、お好みで、と言われたけど、好みは醤油かな？辛味噌ももちろんgood！
地元の人がひっきりなしに訪れて満席だからお断りする姿を見て申し訳ない気持ちに。
ジャズが流れるオシャレな空間でありつつも住宅街にある佇まいが何ともいい雰囲気を醸し出してる名店でした。禁煙なのも評価高いです。
