東松山IC近くの県道沿いにお店があり、駐車場はお店の裏側にタップリ用意されてます。
店内はカウンター5～6席と和室があります。
カウンター席に座り注文！
◇もつ煮定食 @950
他に、もつ煮の大盛りやゴヂラ定食なる物、揚げ物やうどんも用意されてます。
ゴヂラ定食は辛口のもつ煮、他の方のを見ると表面は真っ赤、辛そう！
注文して1～2分程で提供されました。
盛り付けるだけなので早いはず。
もつ煮の他に味噌汁、モヤシのナムル、漬物付きです。
もつ煮はやや赤みのある汁！
先ずはもつ煮！
柔らかで口の中で溶けそう、旨いです。
やや赤は辛さかな？
ほんの少し辛さを感じます。
ご飯も炊きたてで美味しい！
味噌汁も良いダシが出ています。
美味しいのであっと言う間に完食！
美味しかったですが、もつ煮だけでは物足りない量、揚げ物を数品足すのが正解かな？
開店直後だったので先客はいませんでしたが、直ぐに次々に来客、人気あります。
お店は女性数人で切り盛、和気あいあいで楽しそう、対応も良かったです。
コスパ的には今一つと言う気がしますが満足できました。
