以前からチェックしていたもつ煮のお店へ。
平日の開店時間直後というのに先客が3組。
オーダーして数分。あっという間に提供された。
あれ？と思うほど小ぶりの器に入ったもつ煮と多めのご飯。「味濃いめなんで ご飯どんどんいってください」スタイルとひと目でわかる感じ。
もつ煮の汁が赤いので、辛い？と思わせつつ、そんなことはなくて安心。とにかくモツか柔らかい。ふわふわ ふにゃふにゃ。モツは飲みものですか？くらい。固めのご飯と汁々ふにゃモツでどんどん進む。少ないかと思わせたもつ煮は意外と丁度良く。ご飯でお腹が満たされた感も。
完食後、「あー、これ。また食べたくなるわー」と素直に思ってしまった。癖になる旨さってこういうのだと思う。
肉体労働者、食べ盛りの若者はおかずとご飯両方大盛をおすすめします。もつ煮定食食って午後も頑張るっ！が理想的な一食でした。
