土曜日のお昼12時半くらいに『そうま』さんを訪問。
お昼時で満席のようで、入口に置かれた紙に名前を書いて待つことに。4組待ち。
30分ほど待って小上がりの座敷の個室へ。
メニューを選んでいると、お茶を持ってきた店員さんが団体さんが来たので料理が遅くなるとのこと。
メニューは、漁港直送のお魚が中心となっています。
注文は、『売切御免!漁師の煮魚御膳』
待ち時間は思っていたより長く、40分待って着丼。
煮魚は、兜煮。仕入れにより異なるとはなっていたものの、想定外で少しびっくり。事前に確認しておけば良かった。味は、煮汁は濃い色をしているものの、薄めの味付け。
甘海老のかき揚げは、大きくボリュームはありますが、中の方は火入れがイマイチでサクサク感はなかったかな。刺身は鮮度は良い感じでしたが水濡れ感が。
全体的に出来立て感は無く、冷めた感じで美味しさが半減していましたね。
