I visited Satonomi to enjoy shochu with a senior colleague from work. I'm not that knowledgeable about shochu, but my senior, who loves shochu, praised it highly. It seems that he enjoyed this rare shochu. I'm more of a foodie type, so I'll report on that. This time, I ordered about five dishes a la carte, and I ordered "chicken sashimi" and "horse sashimi" because they seem to be the restaurant's best. The price was a little high, but the taste was satisfactory...I think it would be more attractive if the cost performance was better. I think I would have been able to enjoy the delicious food more if this restaurant had a banquet menu. Next time I go to Higashimatsuyama to drink, I'll make a reservation for the banquet menu in advance.
