森林公園訪問の途中、休日ランチで訪問。のどかな風景の中車を走らせると、住宅地の一角にお洒落な建物を発見。お店の前には広めの駐車場も完備されています。
この日はパスタランチを注文。まず提供される前菜の盛り合わせが美しい！！大皿に少しづつ盛られた前菜はどれも丁寧に作られた感じのする逸品。付け合わせのパンは特にフォカッチャが美味しいですね。
またこの日はホワイトアスパラガスがおすすめ、とのことで追加注文。エグ味の少ないアスパラに卵がゴロゴロのまま入った自家製のマヨネーズソースがとても合います。あ〜、よく冷えた白ワインが飲みたい。。運転手なので残念。
パスタはレモンソースのラグー。さっぱり感がありながらラグーのこくを感じられるソースが極太のリガトーニとベストマッチ。美味しい。。連れの注文したペペロンチーノも乳化したソースがアルデンテのパスタと程よく絡んでいます。
最後のデザートも少量づつ綺麗に盛り付けられています。この見た目だけでも美味しさが更にアップしますね。さっぱりとしたジェラートと甘みのあるパンナコッタ、苦味のあるガトーショコラと、味の組み合わせも良く考えられています。
このランチで２,200円とはかなりCPが高いですね。休日の昼下がり、ゆったりと美味しくて見た目にも美しいランチを堪能できました。
