東松山駅近くにあるピッツェリア ペル トゥッティ。
駅周辺はやきとりの幟と看板ばかりが目出し、それ以外にお店がないのかと思っていたところ、そこで見つけたのがここ。ヨーロッパ風の内外装はご当地B級グルメがひしめく中では際立ってオシャレに見える。
ランチデザートはティラミス。ひたひたしすぎず、どっしりとしたマスカルポーネとサヴァイオーネの満足感のある味わい。
マスカルポーネチーズのデザートであることを示してるように、ボディがしっかり効いている。語源通り元気づけてくれる味わいだ。
ピッツェリアとあるのでランチセットはピザをチョイス。
カウンター奥にある薪釜で短時間で焼き上げ、焦げ目のパリっと感にしっかり繋がった生地は、いわゆるナポリ風。
生地とチーズがしっかり馴染み、すべての素材が一つにまとまった「料理」として楽しませてくれた。
猛暑の中でも歩いてよかったと思うお店だろう。
