平日の開店時間にお伺いしました
駐車場は、お店の前に2台、隣に5台用意されてます
店内は、カウンター席と小上がりに座卓
綺麗に整ってます
注文は食券販売機、限定の「濃厚魚介豚骨醤油＋味玉」@950＋100を購入です
出て来たラーメン、見た目に濃厚さが伝わってきます
先ずはスープ、旨い！
濃厚と言うよりクリーミーなスープ、魚介は弱めで豚骨をアシストしている感じ
絶妙なバランスでブレンドされてますね
円やかで癖になるスープです
麺は、店名にある通り多加水の太麺、極太かどうか分かりませんが、モチモチ食感でとても美味しい麺です
個人的に細麺派の為、太麺は避けぎみですが、これは美味しいです
チャーシューは普通
味玉も普通に美味しいです
ISAMIさんのメインはタンメン、今度はタンメンですね
