この日は、本庄市にある「うまいもん酒場 にくざんまい」さんのテイクアウトを利用しました。
会社の仲間に希望者を募り、まとめて注文しました。
お弁当のメニューは下記の通り。
◆特製ビビンバ弁当 600円
◆豚カルビと豚トロ弁当 680円
◆にくざんまい牛カルビ弁当 680円
◆スタミナホルモン弁当 730円
◆柔らか牛ハラミ弁当 780円
◆ネギ塩牛タン弁当 850円

一番人気は「柔らか牛ハラミ弁当」だそうです。
聞くところによると、売り切れになることもあるとか♪
私が注文したのは「ネギ塩牛タン弁当」。
昼休みに昼食としていただきました。
★ネギ塩牛タン弁当
タレの浸みたご飯の上に、小口ネギが敷き詰められています。
その上には、牛タンがビッシリ！
牛タンは薄めですが、独特の歯ごたえが感じられて美味しいですね♪
全体的に濃いめの味付けでご飯が進む仕上がりになってます。(笑)
ご飯にもタレが浸みていて、しっかりめの味わいです。
減塩の味噌汁を薄めに（お湯を多く）して交互にいただきました。
お湯を注ぐだけの味噌汁は、個人で会社に常備しているものです。
お弁当に付属のものではありません（念のため）。
付け合せには、キムチとナムル。
キムチの付け合せは、焼肉屋さんらしい一品ですね。
ナムルは、唯一あっさりめの味付けになってました。
ただし、量は少なめですが。(笑)
食べ始めは美味しくいただきましたが、後半は塩気がきつく感じます。
もう少し、薄味であると個人的には好みだと思います。
この辺は、個々の好みの問題だとは思います。
