諸事情で友人の地元を訪問。
こちら埼玉県神川町、日本一暑いと言われる熊谷の近くです。
元々寿司屋だったのが、ちょっと前から居酒屋としてリニューアルされたそう。
友人曰くいつも混んで居て予約困難とか！？
この日はわざわざ前もって予約してくれておりました！
開店と同時に入店！
4人のために広々とした和室をご用意してくれました。
友人の一押しだから褒めるわけではなく、こちらのお店マスターが寿司職人さんなので出てくるお料理も盛り付けは美しく、味も繊細です。
岩牡蠣は残念ながら入荷が無く、4人で一つを分け合う事になりましたが、一口でテンション上がりました。
他に揚げだし、谷中しょうが、とうもろこしと長芋の天ぷらなどもいただきました！
どれもこれも見た目から美しく味は優しく、大満足！
日本酒も入って盛り上がったところで自慢の握り寿司でしめました。
何より、マスターが面白い人で途中からカウンターに居座って飲ませていただきました！
女将さんはじめご家族皆さんで営業されており、都会ではなかなか出会えない温もりのあるお店でした。
東京では点数だけのお店がゴロゴロしておりますが、こちらまだ口コミが少ないのに本当に素敵なお店です。
また必ず呑みに来たいと思います。
