前は正寿司？だった「旬彩ひだまり」さん
店名が変わって
息子さんが主でやっているようです。
夜だけですが
いつも予約で一杯のよう。
自分が行ったのは１０時半くらい
1人だったのもあり
カウンターへ
遅いにも関わらず
気持ちの良い接待、
カウンターは前の
お寿司屋さんからの
カウンターのようで
カウンターの中には
寿司屋さんの時の店主
先ずは握りから
写真を撮り忘れてしまいました
流石は職人さん、
話は楽しいは
握りも最高。
口の中に入れた途端に
シャリが解れる。
話しの端々に
息子さんを立ている
ところが見え隠れ。
お寿司の後に
こんなにも（写真をご覧ください）
息子さんの創作が随所に
料理は最高、
家族経営の暖かさも最高でした。
まさにひだまり。
ご馳走さまでした。
