ランチ天丼\1150
座席はオープンキッチンのカウンターに8人、
お座敷に4人掛テーブルが4つ。膝の痛い人には嬉しい、低い椅子が用意されてます。
壁にはおすすめ具材の札が。目の前で揚げてもらえます。
お刺身他一品も。
お酒もビール、ノンアルコール、日本酒、ワインと各種揃う模様。
天丼は揚げたてをたれにくぐらせているので、サクサクというよりはしっとりふんわり。
辛すぎず、甘すぎず、絶妙ですね。
この日の具は海老、小海老のかき揚げ、しめじのかき揚げ、なすでした。
小さなゆずの皮が添えられていて、ほんのりいい香り。
いずれもみっしりぶりぶりで上等でございました。
一緒にお漬物と赤だし(この日はしじみ)がついてきました。
接客は皆さん丁寧、特に大将の気配りが光ってました。
そして流れるようなフォーメーション。
衣の入っていた鉢も粋ですね。
普通はシルバーのボウルのみだと思うのですが、
こういう細かい所にも気概、心遣いが見え隠れしているような気がします。
ランチタイムには他定食とお膳(?)がありました。
次回はお魚を塩とかで、サクフワでいただいてみたい～。。。vvv
