新所沢にある天ぷら専門店です
親族で２店舗、この新所沢でやってはる模様
中々行くことのない天麩羅屋さんで頼んだのは
〝特製〟天ぷら定食 2,420円
親父さんが天ぷらごとに、塩、カレー塩、天つゆ…とお勧めの食べ方を教えてくれます
海老から始まり、魚介と野菜が色々で、せっかくだからと少し追加
衣が最近流行り？の薄衣ではなく、若干ポテッとした感じなので、天丼の方が相性の良さそうなお店でした
