江戸蕎麦の伝統を復活させた一茶庵、片岡康雄の系譜を引く翁系は全国40店舗にもおよぶ。ひろぽぽです。
［所感］
・収穫したままの玄そばの実を毎年秋に一括仕入れ。地下室で低温管理し提供する前日に自家製粉するこだわりよう。いつも新鮮なそばが食べられる。
・そばセットの内容は、ざる又はかけ、おぼろ豆腐（手作り豆腐）、焼き味噌、茄子の煮びたし、デザート。・土日限定の田舎そばも気になる。
・青大豆でほんのり緑色のおぼろ豆腐や、そばの実、刻みねぎ、みょうがなどをまぶした焼き味噌は、そば前のあてにぴったり。
