土曜日の12:30に伺いました。
駐車場が少し停めにくいけど
3台分ありました。
1台のみ停まっていたので
直ぐに停める事ができて
入店もスムーズでした。
2017年2018年2022年と食べログ百名店です。
土日限定の
田舎蕎麦950円をオーダー
どこのお蕎麦屋さんに行っても
田舎蕎麦が有れば田舎蕎麦を注文したいです。
おばあちゃんの接客がとても優しく親切で素晴らしかった
蕎麦はツルツルの食感の田舎蕎麦でした！
つけツユはもう少しお出汁感があるのが好み
※田舎そば
太めの黒っぽい色をした野趣のあるそばの総称で、使用するそば粉はそば殻をつけたままで製粉するため麺の色が黒くなります。
一般的にはそばの甘味、香りが強い傾向にありますが、そば殻も挽き込むためエグ味が強くなってしまうこともあります。
