前々から食べてみたかった、こちらのお店を訪問。
下山口駅から坂を登りつつ歩いて来ました。
開店時間の少し前に到着すると、先開けで店内でお待ちくださいとのことで、店内で開店まで待たせてもらいました。
先に注文も聞いてくださったので、おろしそばと田舎そばを注文。
ついでにビールも笑
先につゆとおろし、薬味が提供。
少し間を置いて、ビールが提供。
まず呑む笑
そして、おろしそばから提供です。
■おろしそば
まずは蕎麦のみ啜る。
つゆだけ、ちょんとつけて啜る。
山葵をちょっとつけて、つゆをつけて啜る。
おろしをちょっと加えて啜る。
おろし全投入で啜る。
二八そばですかね❔
喉越しも良く、美味しい
サクッとおろしそばを食べ終えました。
続いて、土日限定らしい田舎そばの提供
■田舎そば
十割と言えばを想像していましたが、意外にツルツル。
カタカタ、ゴワっとした感じがなく啜る。
蕎麦の風味がドーンと広がります。
この蕎麦、好みにハマるかも。
田舎そばで喉越しも良く、美味しい蕎麦です。
2枚目までサッと啜り上げ、蕎麦湯をじっくり楽しんで完食。
