ランチに1人で訪問
開店30分前に到着してしまったが、店内で待たせて下さった。温かいお茶を頂きながら大女将に新蕎麦のお話を伺う事が出来た。役得。
注文は、そはセットと迷ったが、大好物の鴨せいろをお願いし、暫し待つ。
待つ間も大女将が色々お話をしてくださり、蕎麦の実を頂戴した。
実はあまり蕎麦の香りがなく、お話のようにナッツみたいな味と食感。
暫し大女将と話しながら待っていると、鴨せいろが運ばれてくる。
鴨汁の香りが食欲を刺激する中早く食べたい気持ちを抑え、先ずは新蕎麦の香りを愉しむ。
蕎麦を少量摘んて食べると蕎麦香りが口中に拡がり新蕎麦万歳！と心の中で叫ぶ。
鴨汁を少し味見すると、やはり少し濃い目の汁。
蕎麦に引っ掛ける汁の量に気をつけながらどんどん食べ進めるが、こちらでは薬味に山葵では無く生姜か添えられていた。
え？生姜？と思いつつも、味変に薬味を付けるとこれが思った以上に嵌まる事に気づく。
鴨汁の油を良い感じで中和してくれ爽やかな味わいに。
これはこれで有りだなと味わっている間にあっという間に完食。
蕎麦湯と美味しく頂き、必ず再訪を大女将と約束してランチ終了。
