埼玉県で唯一…お蕎麦の百名店とあり…どうしても行きたいと思っていたところ…山口中学校の信号機から、ずっと登り坂…少しきついかも…帰りは楽だね
２時に入店…先客５人…レジ前には百名店の看板が…
メニューを見て、天せいろそばか悩み…結局…『鴨せいろそば』を注文。
お膳の上に山椒…待っている間…薬味の柚子が良い香りが漂ってきました➰
つけ汁の中には鴨肉…つくね肉と鴨肉は５枚ほど…食感も楽しめます…鴨汁の出汁も良い塩梅➰
お蕎麦は…細くツヤツヤしていて、喉ごしは良いですね➰♬
蕎麦湯も…どれも美味しくいただきました。ご馳走さまでした。
