久々のうなぎ・・・
うなぎは年々高くなって、うなぎ屋さんは本当に大変だと思います
まず、普通に食べられる価格ではありませんね・・・
特上４千円。
昔なら高級のうなぎ屋さんの価格
天然ものも食べられるような価格です。
他の方の投稿でもありますように、店内は改装されて
うなぎ屋さんという雰囲気ではありません。
厨房が奥のために静かな店内で待つこと３０分
うなぎ屋さんは時間がかかりますから、こうしたスタイルよりも
カウンターで見せながらの方が待っていても苦にならないのでは～？
そんな気がしましたが・・・うなぎは待つもの！
特には気にもならずに、出てきた出てきた（＾＾）
特上！身厚なうなぎがふかふかに蒸されて
まずは肝吸いから～肝が炙って臭み消しです
これも、旨い！
うなぎは人によって好みが大きく違うから難しい！
そばとうなぎ屋さんは接待に使うなとはよく言ったもの
それぞれの好みがあるでしょう！
どうも関東で食べるうなぎのタレは自分の好みには合わない・・・
まずくはないのですが、美味しいって思わないのが残念
しかし、久々のうなぎを腹いっぱい堪能！
