こちらのお店は3度目の訪問。
オーダーから出来上がりまで1時間ほどかかるので、予約と同時にあらかじめ電話でオーダーを伝えておけば多少は時間の節約ができるが、出来上がりまでその香りを味わいながら待つのも一興かもしれない。
身がふわふわで、甘みの少ない薄めのたれになっている。もう少し濃くてもいいかな？
所沢には昔はうなぎの老舗が2,3軒あったが、すべて店を閉じてしまった。今はこちらのお店などが筆頭に上がるのだろう。
あえて難を言えば、駐車場が少し離れているところ。といっても徒歩2分程度だが。
