２０年くらい前、お気に入りのお店でした！
仕事が終わり、仕事仲間と開店時間からちょくちょくお邪魔していました。
お店の方の人柄が大好きです。
１５年ぶりに飲みに行ったときに、奥さんが顔を覚えていてくれて大感激！
あの頃より、お店が広くなって、トイレが中にできて。。。でも焼き鳥や他のメニューも味は変わりなくて嬉しかったです。
お値段はちょっと上がってたけど、当然かと。
必ず頼むのは、焼き鳥全種類。塩で焼いてもらいます。
あとは煮込み、焼きおにぎり。
煮込みはモツがとろけるほど柔らか。
焼きおにぎり、前は頼むと１時間～後に出てくることが多く、先に頼んでいました。
まわりはカリッと香ばしくて中は生姜醤油の香りで美味しい。
でもこの間行って頼んだら、早く出てきました。
忙しくて焼き場が足りないので、トースターで焼いてるのかな？まわりが柔かかった。。。
個人的には、やっぱり時間かかっても待つので、炭火でじっくり焼いてほしいと思いました。
このお店がずっと続いて欲しい。
たまにしか行けなくても、いつも気になっているお店の１つです。
