家族で3連休の中日を盛り上げるべく、所沢遠征です。
クルマで1時間くらい。近くのパーキングにすぐ止められたので、ラッキー。
開店前に到着も、すぐに入店できない並びだったので、かなりの待ち時間となりました。
カレースタンドのカレーではなく、1人ずつのお客さんに手間をかけるお店なので、しっかり並ぶ覚悟と、素晴らしい味が引き換えになってます。

が本日のメニューで、2種以上の組み合わせも可能なため、各々ずらしてオーダー。
ポークは柔らかく、爽やかな酸味。
キーマはギトギトがなく、飽きない。
オイスターは出汁の旨みたっぷり。
セットにせず、カレーだけいただきました。ライスの炊き加減もカレーに良くあっています。
本当に行って良かった。ごちそうさまでした。
