一番好きなのは｢上ロース｣です。私は普段俗に言う『よく焼き』派なのですがここの上ロースは炙っただけでも食べてしまいます。
普通の｢ロース｣でもかなり柔らか＆美味しくて十分です！

焼肉屋さんではちょっと高いほうかな？

スタッフも活気があって雰囲気もいいですね...

希少部位も揃ってて、スタンダードなのも美味しい、始めは塩で、わさびをつけて食し、おかわりはタレで…ってのが私のルーチン！
