昔から素晴らしい酒場という噂をよくきいていた。
一時期コロナでなくなってしまうといううわさも聞いて
やっぱり行くと決めたらいかないといけないなと反省した。
そんな中、所沢によく行く機会が増えたので、
時間の隙間に尋ねてみる事にした。
相方と一緒にいったというのもあるのと、
極めてシンプルなつまみで短時間勝負を決めてみた
まず酎ハイを飲んだのだが、お酒が安い。
安いのに、日によって安くなるお酒があるという。
すごい事だ。
鉄火巻きを食べてみた。
居酒屋で食べれる寿司ということではあるが、
ほろっとしたお米と新鮮なまぐろがめちゃくちゃ美味しい。
量も多く、寿司ランチとちょっとしたお酒という感じで遊びに行くのも楽しいだろうな、これは
寿司居酒屋ではないのだろうが、かなり海鮮が強い店なんだろうなと思った。
今回牡蠣は入ってなかったがある時にぜひ食べてみたい。
鶏のから揚げもシンプルな味わいだが美味しい
にんにく醤油のような味わいとふわふわの鶏肉、
そしてぱりっとした皮、から揚げに必要なものが
ずばっと揃えられている。
二つのつまみだけでスパッと飲んだんだけど、
素晴らしいお店であることが嫌というほど理解できた。
