白い出汁に焦げ目のついた甘めの油揚げがよく合います。
麺もコシがあり美味しかったです。

デゴイチはさっぱり、肉煮干しつけうどん(400g)は、他の武蔵野うどんとは違い、ラーメンスープに近い感じ。
肉汁は想像通りの味、また行きたい。
