小手指店
３ヶ月ぶりでしょうか？
先月、⚪️所沢店にも行きましたが、
個人的に、軍配は「小手指店」ですね。
同じ系列店が車で２０分圏内に２件も有ると比較対象になってしまいますね。
小手指店は、
アルバイトさん達の教育や、 板さんの教育、人手が居ないと板さんが客席まで出来上がりの
料理を運んでるし、接客もいつもにこやかで最高ですね！
カウンターに座りましたが、最高の気分 御もてなしですね！
お会計の際に、板さんが店長？って聞いたら、別にちゃんと居るそうで、
店長さんの教育が良いのでしょうね！
お味は、納得のいくお味ですね！
マグロのコスパも凄いと思います。
近くに２店舗あるのですが、
ネタに関しては同レベルと思いますが、
サービス・接客においては、
⚪️所沢店よりここ小手指店ですね。
同じレベルの物を使用して同じレベルの板さんとして、比較対象の
結果は最終的に作り手の対応になると思うんですよね。
もう、浮気せず以前同様に小手指店に通いたいと思います。
