平日にお休みができたのでこちらのお店に
西武鉄道池袋線狭山ヶ丘駅に到着しました。
狭山ヶ丘駅から住宅地を歩いて10分程度で
到着しました。
混み合う店と事前に聞いていたので、
オープン直後の11時35分に到着すると
平日にもかかわらず店内にはすでに8人が座っていました。
いただいたのはウルトラもち麺のカレー肉汁うどんです。
・ウルトラもち麺
みずみずしくうどんがざるに盛り付けられていて
小麦粉の色が濃く自然な感じでうまみを感じることができました。
・カレー肉汁
スパイシーな香りがあり豚肉とのバランスもばっちりです。
またサービスの切れ端は初めていただきましたが、
きしめんをさらに太くなっていてとても新鮮でした。
