小手指駅北口の西友の裏手にある手打ち蕎麦屋さんです。
駅からは徒歩5分ほど。
外観は洋食屋さんか喫茶店かという感じですが、
店中は和風な内装でした。
席は4人掛け3卓、変則1人掛け1卓、カウンター4席で計17席。
週末のちょうどお昼頃伺いましたが、ほぼ満席で、
ほとんどのお客さんが料理待ち状態でした。
メニューを拝見すると、蕎麦前も楽しめるラインナップ。
でもこの日は後の予定があって飲めず残念。
肉汁（鳥モモ）せいろ 980円
土日祝は10割の手打ちそばもあるそうですが、
デフォの二八蕎麦でお願いしました。
料理提供までは約30分。
ちょうど注文が立て込んでいたようで結構待ちましたね。
さてさて、お蕎麦はキレイな細打ちですが星も見られます。
舌では粗挽のザラつきを感知しましたが喉越しはスッキリ。
香りはそれほどないものの、とても美味しい麺ですね。
肉汁は柔らかい鶏肉がたっぷりで半熟卵の存在も嬉しいです。
汁は黒々とした色で、見た目通り味もかなり濃いめ。
しょっぱくはありませんが、蕎麦にはやや強すぎる味かな。
うどんだったらぴったりかもしれません。
量はそれほど多くないのでなんなく完食。
蕎麦湯は白濁とろみ系。
肉汁の器に蕎麦湯を入れても濃すぎて飲めないので、
小さい蕎麦猪口を別につけて下さるといいのになぁと思いました。
蕎麦前も充実したお蕎麦屋さんなので、近所に住んでいれば
蕎麦前＋手打ち蕎麦を愉しむために通いたくなるお店ですね。
実際この日も蕎麦前を愉しまれているご常連さんが
いらっしゃって羨ましかったです。
