って事で（2015.4月のレビューです）だんごの美好で団子を買って公園で食べよ・・・
あ、れ・・・？
・・・こんな店、在ったっけガ━━(゜Д゜;)━━━ン!!!!!
つい13:25来店。
勢いで入ってしまったので、価格帯が分からない・・・
店員のお姉さんに「お好きな席へどうぞ」と言われカウンターの端の席に座り、メニューを・・・
お、おう、
ちょいお高めじゃないの(^_^;)
ほぼ1000円超えかぁ・・・
普段の河井ならば回避するお店である事は間違い無い・・・
うーむ(゜-゜)・・・・・・・・・・
「せいろ」じゃ足らないし、ここは肚を括ろう(｀・ω・´)キリッ
「肉汁（鶏モモ）せいろ（980縁）」にしよう。
そこから更に悩んで「大盛り（300縁）」でオーダー。
多分・・・きっと、量が少ないだろうから大盛りは必須だろう、
と読みました。
因みに「縁」は誤植ではなく、こう書かれていたので原文ママ。
御縁があるとかどうとかなアレだと思います。
やっぱり普通のせいろでも良かったかな・・・
とか思いつつ店内を見渡します(^_^;)
店内は手前にテーブル席が並び、奥にはI字カウンター、
その向こうに厨房という構造。
（この時点では）新しい店なのか、今まで河井が気づかなかっただけなのか判りませんが、真新しくは見えます。
清潔感はあり、カウンターはスベスベなり。
先客は2人。
BGMはアシッドジャズとかフュージョンとか。蕎麦屋にしては尖ってますね(^_-)-☆
あ、2人、竣工待ちだったのか・・・時間、掛かるかな？
と思いましたが然程間を置かず、
10分で竣工。
綺麗な盛り付けですね。
丸いザルの真ん中に鎮座する蕎麦は、さながら天香具山。
つけ汁の器の縁にはこれでもかと鶏肉が立て掛けられていて、温玉が半個と三つ葉が窮屈そうに泳いでいます。
蕎麦湯も一緒に付いて来ました。

蕎麦だけいただいてみると、ちょい硬い。
十割だから？
って感じじゃなくて茹でが微妙に足らない様な塩梅。
コシが立つ、って感じじゃない。
蕎麦は手打ちの中細麺で、風味はそこそこ。
噛むと甘味が穏やかに立ちます。
つゆは濃厚で甘味がやや強め。
かけにすればつゆも違うのだろうか・・・
鶏肉は柔らかく味が染み染み美味しヽ(´▽｀)/
温玉は美味しいけれど、この蕎麦には余計かな？つけ麺みたいな感じになっちゃうし。
蕎麦湯は濃いめですが、食べている間に温くなってしまったのが残念(-_-)
完食。
ボリュームは大盛りにしては少なめなので、デフォも少なめかもしれません。
それなりに美味しいけれど、常食にするには（河井にとっては）足りず、ややお高め。
あ、でも鶏肉は美味しかったです(´▽`)ノ
ちょい河井向けなお店ではありませんでしたが・・・
飲食店過疎地域の小手指にとっては貴重なニューカマー（店員さんによると新店との事）。
