今夜は前から気になっていたうどん屋さんへ。早い時間だったのですぐに着席。白みそ煮込みうどんと鍋焼きうどんをオーダー。10分位でグツグツ煮立った鍋が到着。白みそと野菜の甘さが一体となった汁に不揃いな太めのうどんが良き。麺の硬さは賛否両論あるだろうが旨い！鍋焼きもお出汁と醤油の塩梅が絶妙。次は赤味噌の煮込みうどんを試さねば！
