I visited here for the first time in a while with a friend who lives in Tokorozawa. It is located along Tokorozawa Prope Dori, a busy street with many bars, and is about 5 minutes from the station. It was said that it was Kyushu cuisine, but since it had just opened, there were Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) or shabu shabu on the menu, so we mainly had pork rolls with their specialty. From the Kyushu sashimi menu, we had horse sashimi and salmon sashimi. It's fresh and tastes great. Prosciutto salad is hearty and refreshing with Italian Cuisine dressing. The main pork roll platter contains cucumber, green onion, and tomato, making it healthy♪ I was also interested in the enoki mushrooms, but I also wanted to have the yakitori, so I got the green onion as well. The sauce coated the tender chicken perfectly (^^) To finish off the meal, I had grilled Onigiri and shrimp pilaf. The pilaf was moist and full of buttery flavor and plump shrimp. There were many drinks on the menu, but since I was coming off a hangover, I enjoyed a healthy meal with oolong tea. The ceiling was empty, but it was a private room, so I was able to talk with friends I hadn't seen in a while ^_^ I don't know much about Tokorozawa, but within this price range, I think I was able to relax. It was a la carte, but 2 and a half hours? was. On this day, some menu items were out of stock, so I got the impression that there weren't many dishes that felt like Kyushu cuisine, but there were plenty of Korean Cuisine such as pancakes and Fried food, and the number of panel-touch menus seems to increase depending on the day, so I'll be able to order more menus in the future. I hope the number increases⭐︎
