所沢駅近くの居酒屋「うのたくみ 所沢プロペ通り店」に行ってきました。お店は所沢駅から徒歩3分ほどの場所にあり、店内は昭和レトロの落ち着いた雰囲気の個室席が中心です。
まずはサラダでさっぱりと。新鮮なレタスがたっぷりと使われており、ドレッシングもさっぱりとしているので、食事の前にぴったりでした。
続いて枝豆。枝豆は殻が剥きやすく、塩加減も丁度よかったです。
メイン料理は、チキン南蛮、ごまさば、鶏の炭火焼き、もつ鍋です。
チキン南蛮は、衣がサクサク、中はふわふわで、タルタルソースとの相性も抜群でした。ごま鯖は、脂が乗った新鮮なサバで、ごまとの相性はばっちりです。鶏の炭火焼きは、ジューシーで、炭火の香りが食欲をそそりました。もつ鍋は、もつはプリプリで小さく切られたモツは食べやすく、スープも程よい塩味でとても美味しかったです。〆は、このスープにラーメンを入れてスープを1滴も残さず完食しました。
デザートに、ミニシュークリームをいただきました。
全体的に、どれも美味しくいただきました。また、個室席が中心なので、周りを気にせず食事を楽しむことができました。
また、お店の雰囲気も良かったです。落ち着いた雰囲気の個室席で、ゆっくりと食事を楽しむことができました。
機会があれば、また利用したいと思いました。ごちそうさまでした。
