夜は居酒屋、昼はラーメンのお店
他に定食かな？ランチメニューもありました
駐車場は直ぐ近くの月極の中に４台分用意されてます
店内は、カウンター５席、2人テーブル2卓、4人テーブル2卓
雰囲気は居酒屋さんです
注文は口頭、「真鯛の塩そば味玉」@1,020
小さめの器に入って登場です
大きいチャーシュー、細いメンマ、ネギ、味玉そして炙り解された鯛が載ってます
先ずはスープ、塩分強めでダシは余り感じられません、塩が勝ち過ぎかな？
麺は、、少し変わってます
やや太いですが稲庭うどんのような感じの麺、ツルツル食感です
うす切りのチャーシューは普通！
味玉は旨い！
解された鯛をスープと一緒に飲むと、、旨い！
