飯能駅の北口から徒歩２分、商店街から伸びる路地沿いにあるお店。
落ち着いた店内で白木のカウンターにも年期が入っている。
江戸前仕込みの寿司を軸に懐石コースなども。ランチ営業あり。

駅からほど近い商店街の駐車場奥に看板が見えたので
なんとなく寄ってみると、昼のミニ懐石なんかもある寿司割烹。
時間に余裕もあったのでちょいと寄ってみることにしました。
店内は入口から右手にカウンターの区画があります。
他にも個室などありそうですが仔細はわからず。
職人風の大将が慇懃な感じで挨拶をくれ、カウンター中央に着座。
ランチタイムの終盤近かったこともあり昼コースは注文できず。
にぎりをお願いすることにしました。
・にぎり（昼）1,200円
一通りネタの準備を終えた後、２貫ずつがテンポよく並んでいきます。
赤身２貫、白身２貫、いか、こはだ、ほたて貝柱、さば、玉。
こはだの〆具合は幾分塩の映える好みのタイプ。
さばの色合いも鮮やか、こちらは塩を抑えていて青魚らしいクセも主張。
この界隈ではかなり生に近い仕上がりでしょうか。
シャリは思ったよりも粘りがあり、微かに甘みのある馴染みやすい味。
大きめのネタがシャリ玉を覆っていて魚の旨さが優勢ですね。
大将はあまり愛想のいい応対ではないんですけど流石に手際は良いです。
まあ利用しやすい価格帯なんで、もうちょい和やかだと通いやすいですかねー。
