Today, I finally visited Yanagi-san, which I had always wanted to visit due to a connection. Other than the ordered selection course Sushi, all of the dishes were made to bring out the best in the ingredients, and I felt that the texture and flavor were all very carefully crafted. I strongly felt that the Thai Arai and Rock Mozuku were very delicious and had no negative aspects such as fishy smell, making them a masterpiece. In addition, each bite is truly enjoyable due to its beautiful appearance, such as smoking and parboiling. In particular, the sea urchin had a very strong sweet taste, and I couldn't taste the unique smell at all, making it almost like Sweets. That's why I wanted to rely on the chef's skills, thinking that if Oyster had been prepared in a different way, they would have brought out the best flavor. I couldn't choose a sake so I asked for a recommendation, but the first one I got was a very sweet one. It's my fault for asking that, but I feel like if a famous restaurant is going to offer this price, I'd like them to give me some time to decide what kind of food I like. There were so many different types of whisky, so I don't really like ordering it, but I thought it would have been better to choose something else instead. Ichiro's malt looks very delicious! The counter seats are filled with other regulars, so the distance between you and the person next to you is quite close, so it's said to be a place where you can relax and enjoy your meal at your own pace. Something like that. Sushi was delicious in terms of its vinegared rice and its size, and the fillets that covered it were extravagantly large, and the balance and potential of both lean and fatty meat was wonderful. However, today's recommendation was light, so at the end I was wondering if it was recommended at all. I wish I could have enjoyed more of the Sushi because I think each dish is truly wonderful and the taste, taste, aroma, and all five senses have been carefully considered. I miss the feeling of being full after two glasses of sake. It was very delicious and I was really interested in Bar Sushi, so I would like to visit again. Thank you for the meal (o^-^o)
