西武池袋線高麗駅の近くにある「しょうへいうどん」さん
駅近の国道沿いに有り、駐車場もしっかりです
平日の開店時間を少し過ぎた頃にお店に到着
駐車場は、、、空！
立派な店構えのお店です
そして店内も綺麗にまとまってます
窓際の席に座り、注文は「肉汁うどん」@900
定番の肉汁うどんです
出て来た肉汁うどん、うどんの盛りは350g程度かな？
そして柚子の香りが、、うどんに柚子が、すった柚子の皮が載ってます、いいですね！
やや色黒のうどんは、塩分少な目でコシしっかりです
太さは武蔵野うどん基準で見ると、やや細です
肉汁は薄い色合いですが、塩分しっかりで饂飩に負けてません
そして後味に少し辛味のパンチが来ます
豚バラはタップリ入ってます
美味しい肉汁うどんです
お店の方の対応はいいと思います
