蕎麦予定でしたが、急遽、用が入りこちらへ。
今年初の冷やし系うどんを発注。
介助兼運転の奥様はおろしつけうどんです。
私は具材をうどんとかき混ぜて食す派なので、混ぜ混ぜします。
ずずーっと啜り、少し平らなうどんを噛みしめる。
モチッとした歯応え、芯が少し感じられ、硬からず軟らかからず。
途中、電話で水をさされましたが、美味しく季節をいただきました。
