A soup made with passion and effort! A rich, flavorful bowl that fills your mouth!
The life of ramen! Alkaline ionized water is used for the soup, and it is a tonkotsu soup that has been labored for more than 10 hours every day, so it has no peculiar smell of tonkotsu at all, and it |
Staring at the colored paper, I had forgotten to think of Seto Daiya, a local who I had visited a few years ago at Moroyama Cafeterias. But I was so grateful to Saitama Medical University, which stands before my eyes, for all the help it gave to my sister and mother. In front of that hospital, I hope I can continue to eat my favorite Ramen, even as I grow older and stay healthy. I'll add that there's a miso Ramen shop that was really popular. Just a short walk from Moro Station, in front of the railroad crossing along the tracks. It's my first time, but I tried the normal miso. It's good, but the word "niboshi" is not overlooked. The seafood broth of Ramen is good. Tamaranch Chairman. First of all, the appearance is great. The ramen. The char siu is wide, and the first impression is good. The soup is, well, a faint, no, no, a full niboshi color. It's rich, but not unpleasant. It seems to be available, but it wasn't on the menu at other stores. It turns out that miso and niboshi go well together. I like green onions, so I'm happy to have a large amount of shredded green onions as a topping, but the amount is the same as the noodles. When I slurp the noodles, I wonder if I'm eating noodles or green onions. Maybe a little less would be better. There are countless chopped onions floating in the soup, and it's definitely a lot of vegetables, so it seems to be good for your body. The onions are green onions, so the thin noodles are the right choice. They match the firm and chewy soup. In summary, I couldn't confirm the original taste of the miso carefully selected by the shop, which is brewed in a wooden barrel. But, since I like sardines, there's no fault in sardines. It's delicious! That's all I can say. But, I have to admit that I should try the miso ramen on my first visit. I also ordered something called Tsukimi Rice. Egg yolk and a little bit of bonito flakes. The staff brought me soy sauce, but it was super delicious when I poured the sardine miso soup on it. I'm not complaining for 200 yen, but the yolk should have risen a little more. Even if it's a little more expensive, it's a higher-grade egg, and it's still the ideal. There is a Jiro-inspired miso version called Miso Jiro. If I wasn't planning on a concert after this, I would have had no hesitation in choosing it, as it was garlicky. Although it looks like a chain restaurant, it is a privately owned restaurant that was founded in 2006. A photo of a couple and their child in front of the restaurant at the time of its founding made them smile cheerfully. Welcome back customers! It looks like a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), but it's full of energy.
