So what you're looking for is "delicious spiciness." Well, on the first day, I simply ordered the super spicy. And I ordered my favorite egg on rice. Ramen that arrived looked like a good spicy miso Ramen. In Tokyo, the miso Ramen that looks like Ajigen is definitely my favorite Ramen. But it wasn't spicy enough. It wasn't as spicy as I expected. It was delicious, though. But at times like this, it's a moment when your true worth as a person is tested. The next day, I came to the same restaurant again. Fate is a wonderful thing. Anyway, my mind was already full of thoughts of how to make Ramen I had the other day more to my liking. Forcing it to be made spicier would be classless. Using the condiments on the table is just too much. The way to do it here is to look at the menu from end to end to get hints. And this is the menu I came up with. Spicy miso Ramen + super spicy + numbing + spicy spring onion + large serving. Of course, the taste was satisfyingly delicious and spicy. It was a ramen that I couldn't believe was the same Ramen I had yesterday. It seemed that the spiciness couldn't be increased any more, so I replaced it with more spicy spring onions. I learned that it was possible to increase the numbing effect. Of course, numbing would go perfectly with miso Ramen. And so, the finished product is as shown in the photo. It was a ramen that I couldn't believe was the same spicy miso Ramen I had the other day. Not only did it look different, but the taste was also completely different. To eat Ramen to your liking, you also need to make an effort on the part of the eater. By the way, this restaurant is very lively, and the customer service was very impressive, giving me energy.
