武州唐沢の駅から八高線を肥えた所にある、夢航海さん。
うわさでは、超極太のうどんがあるらしい。
これは一度食べに行ってみなければということで、11時の開店前に店の駐車場にやってきました。
店の前にはおかみさんが、登りを出していて、扉が空いていたので勝手に入りました。
入口に靴を脱いで、カウンター席に一番のりで着席。
うどんの説明を見ると、
（１）極太うどん ゆで時間30分
（２）平太うどん ゆで時間15分
（３）標準うどん ゆで時間15分
と、麺の太さを選べるんですね。つけ汁は、
（１）肉汁
（２）きのこ汁
（３）なす
（４）カレー
と選べます。
今回は、平太うどん（並盛り）にカレーつけ汁 800円を選択。
20分ほどで、やってきました。
ぎゃ〜〜〜
すんごい、太いですね。4,5本ぐらいしか無いけど、厚みが5mm以上、横幅は30mmぐらいあるでしょうか。
つけ汁のカレーも、具はたくさん入っています。
さっそく、1本をつけ汁に入れて一口。
すんごい、コシ。うんま〜。
めちゃくちゃ噛みごたえあります。15分の茹で時間でこれか。
つゆをすすりながら、ちょびちょび麺をいただきます。6本じゃあ、少ないかなと思ったけど、意外とお腹いっぱいになりました。
次は30分茹で時間の極太麺をチャレンジしてみたいですね。ご馳走さまでした。
