2017年開店して以来、ここジョージズバーガーは飯能で最も愛されてるお店と呼び声が高いです。
以前はランチで伺いましたが、お酒が好きな私はいつかBAR利用もしたいと思い、予約していきました！
予約でこの日は満席が続いていました、予約制ではないみたいですが人気なお店なので、夜はハンバーガーが売り切れになる日が多いみたいです。
夜に行きたい場合は、常連さんや調べてきたお客さんたちはみんな予約して確実にハンバーガーを食べれるようにしてみたいですよ！
皆さんも夜に行く際は必ず予約した方がいいですね！
外の席で外呑みしてる方もいらっしゃいました！
この日もしばらくしたら完売したみたいで、予約しないで来店した方が残念がってました。

月見デミグラスチーズバーガーを注文。
HITOSAJIYAの粒生胡椒を使用したなんとも大人なバーガー！
リッチなバンズの風味、肉肉しいパティ、濃厚デミグラスソース、野菜の鮮度、どれも素晴らしいです。
これ、東京で色んなバーガー屋さん行きましたが、東京でもトップクラス？かもです。
バーガーマニアに似てるな、と思ったらバーガーマニア出身の店主でした！
やはり名店出身なのですね。自分からはバーガーマニア出身なのは当初隠していたみたいです。最近は気にしてないから言っても大丈夫ですよ、と店主兼バーテンダーが快く応えてくれました。
店主さんはバーガーマニア以前は代官山XEXでバーテンダーをやっていた事にビックリ！
オススメのカクテルはどれも素晴らしく、特にGEORGE'S BARger人気カクテルのグラスホッパーは必ず注文した方がいいです！
グラスホッパー好きがこぞってこのお店のグラスホッパーが1番美味しいと、常連さんも言っていましたが想像以上でした。芸術です。
夏を堪能できなかった話をしたら、夏っぽい素敵なカクテルも作っていただきました。
どちらも美しい、美味しい、楽しい、そんな時間を過ごさせていただきました。
酔ってしまい名前を忘れたのが悔いでございます。
バスクチーズケーキを〆に注文しましたが、お酒にも合いますよ、と店主が言っていた事は間違いなかったです。
クリーミーで、今までのバスクチーズケーキ体験でNo.1。
隅々までレベルと意識の高さを感じました。
オススメです。
