秩父の旅。
京王百貨店の駅弁祭りで食べた、秩父のみな寿しさんの岩魚すし弁当の印象があり、お店に行ってみた。
大野原という、秩父鉄道の御花畑駅から歩いて7〜8分。
ご夫婦2人でやってらっしゃる家庭的なお店。
・おすすめの幻の岩魚親子ミニ丼
黄金カラーの岩魚な卵は、いくらより粒がプチプチしていて弾力がある。塩はきつすぎなく、さっぱりして美味しい。食感が面白い。
岩魚の白身は思ったよりやわらかく、臭みは全くない。甘みがあってたべやすい。
これはおすすめ。
・秩父すし + 岩魚軍艦
舎利は、軽い赤酢であっさりしてる。
岩魚卵軍艦といくら軍艦の味比べが楽しい。
岩魚は握りだと、より身の柔らかさと甘みを感じる。鮪は、程よい熟成感で美味しい。
岩魚のあら汁が付いてきます。
お土産に、名物・岩魚すし弁当を1つ。
押し寿司で、軽く〆た岩魚と昆布、酸味が程よい赤酢舎利で全体が優しくさっぱりしてます。6切れですが、案外お腹いっぱいになります。美味しかったです。
秩父に来たらまた寄りたいと思います。
