I stopped by to end the evening on the day of the Chichibu Whiskey Festival. Fortunately, there was space in the restaurant, so we sat at a table. What surprised me was the charm of the ingredients found in the area of Chichibu. Tofu is delicious! Water is delicious, so tofu is probably delicious too. Edamame is great! This kind of volume and quality is hard to find in Tokyo. I was so full that I couldn't finish the specialty. However, I did get an Ichiro's malt highball. The staff at the restaurant were very friendly and made my last night feel very relaxing. This is a store you'll want to come back to again.
