ランチで訪問しました。ちょっといい感じの和食を食べたくて、予約。
店員さんが前日に電話をくれて、休日は混むので注文を聞いておきますよとのこと。コースをお願いしました。
たまたま調べてみると１００年の歴史を持つ料亭なんですね。建物も文化財に指定されているようです。
お座敷に通されましたがとても落ち着いた上品なお部屋。
最初にお造り。海のない大津で海の魚。魚市場が営業していない時期なのにとても歯ごたえのある新鮮な魚です。いけすなどで管理されているのでしょう。さすがですね。
汁物はにゅう麺。とってもとっても細い高級なお素麺。細いのに歯ごたえ良く、のどごしよく、お吸い物とあいます。
かごに入った料理たちもどれも手が込んでいておいしゅうございました。
他の座敷ではお祝い事の席でしょうか？とても賑やかで盛り上がっていました。
落ち着いたランチにも、めでたい席にも、うまく使える素敵な料亭です。
あと、お店側はあんまりアピールして来ませんが、建物がすごくいいですよ。玄関の梁とかお庭とか、立派です。せっかくなので訪れた際はその辺も見てみるといいですね。
