土曜日の夜、7時頃伺いました。
空席もあり、予約が必要と言う事もなさそうです。
二人とも10年くらい前に来たことはありましたが、
かなり昔なのでほぼ新たなお店に行く感覚でした。
メニューには定番のお肉と、ホルモンがけっこう充実していますね。
そしてメニューに赤のチェックが付いているものが。
相方の記憶で「あご」が旨かったと言っていたのですが
ちゃんとチェックが付いているじゃないですか＾＾
これって「オススメ」ってことじゃない？と言う事でそのチェックを
中心にオーダーしました。
生レバ、タン刺し、生セン頂き～＾＾
特選生塩タン塩焼き 1480円
黒毛和牛 特選上ハラミ 1800円
あご塩焼き 820円
あとはてっちゃんやミノなどなど頂きました♪
最近、歳のせいかしょっちゅう胃もたれがするのでたくさん食べれず、
一人前づつオーダーしましたが量もなかなかありましたよ。
最後は相方ピビンパ、自分はご飯＋スープで十分満足できました。
あごの塩焼きはめちゃウマではまってしまいました～♪
アキレス筋の様なコリコリ食感に塩味、ビールがすすむすすむ・・・＾＾；
タン塩も美味しかったですね～！たぶんおかわりするならタンかな。
店長さんっぽい方がホール接客してくれていましたが
とても愛想良い方でオススメのお肉やあごの由来を教えてくれました（笑
滋賀の焼肉ではお気に入りになりました♪
