琵琶湖ホテルに1泊朝食付きで宿泊しました。
大きな窓から琵琶湖に向かって寝るベッドルームがとても開放的で気に入りました。
朝食会場は大きな窓から琵琶湖の景色が眺められるザ・ガーデンです。
雪を被ったびわ湖バレイや琵琶湖大橋がよく見えます。
ビュッフェスタイルの朝食です。
特に気に入ったのが近江八幡市の太田牧場の低糖ヨーグルトです。
強力乳酸菌使用と表示され、旧ソ連コーカサス村産アシド、フィラス菌が使用されて粘度が高く、いかにも腸内環境の改善に効きそうです。
変な感染症が流行ってるので免疫力を高めるのに効果がありそうです。
ギリシャヨーグルトのような粘度、濃厚さがあってとても美味しいヨーグルトでした。
シェフが焼くオムレツにはラタトゥイユソースやいろんなソースが用意されています。
それ以外は極めて普通の朝食ビュッフェです。
今回は宿泊料金に含まれてましたが、宿泊者以外の人がビュッフェだけを利用するなら2600円もするので割高感は否めませんでした。
