東京から旅行の際に、夕食で寄らせて貰いました。
本来なら、一度だけの訪問なので、３．５以上は付けないのですが、ここは、近所にあれば
確実に再訪問するという事で ４．０を付けました。
【料理】
予め、鱧づくしのコースを予約。
鱧のサラダ、落とし、付け焼き、天麩羅、〆の出汁茶漬け等、品数も量も4000円としては
破格でした。
普通、○○のコースと言うと、○○が入っていない料理が一、二品入るのでしょうが
全ての料理に鱧を入れてくれる心意気！食いしん坊の自分が満足するのですから。
コースの〆のご飯ものの際に、何か単品での追加があればと聞いて貰えたので、
イベリコ豚のタンの燻製の炙り焼きを注文。これが美味しかった！！！
【飲み物】
飲み放題を注文。
特に、地元の酒という事で、日本酒の「七本槍」「薄桜」は、非常に美味でした。調子に乗って
一人で5合位飲んでしまいました。
結局、後日、酒屋を探して、両銘柄共にお土産でゲットに成功しましたよ。
【サービス】
渋滞に巻き込まれて到着が遅れて気持ち良く迎えてくれました。
飲み放題で、5合程飲んでも嫌な顔はせず、とても暖かいサービスで、料理も食べ具合を
見計らって出してくれていました。20人程の宴会と並行しながらの気遣いには感謝です！

本当に近所に無いのが残念です。
